Interactive multimedial exhibition project: Maximum
Effort - Minimum Outputs
A basic low, which rules both animals and physic system on the Earth, can
be synthetized as :
Minimum effort Maximum output. In "the
hunt” the lions will not attach the gazelle, untill the
distance between them, will be as short as to give him a possibility to
catch her. In “I reach you” the
projectile, based on the initial energy , will go as far as possible.
However if we observe the way in which life is organized under high stress
level situtions, as it is, for example, the human life in metropolis, or
the life under continuous advertisement of new (and unnecessary) needs, we
will found more and more people applying compulsive behaviours of
Maximum efforts for Minimum outputs. In
“Road-race” a driver, closed in a caotic traffic situation,
will increase the speed, paying no attention to people and consuming
petrol and motor, without to get any advantage out of it.
All these behaviours further increase society stress level as a
self-destructive loop.
The project show is aimed to recall the attention of people on such
behaviours, through pleasant/ ironical images and interactive media.
